our room was breathtaking
the room we had was spacious by city standards
the room size was surprisingly spacious for paris standards
just a kettle in the room would make it perfect
especially for the spacious rooms
but slightly tired and faded in places - the wardrobes in our rooms had chipped paint
the room cleaning could use improvement
it looks like they even charged me for that upgraded rooms of 2 nights which should be free of upgrade charge

the rooms are very comfortable for european standards and the bathrooms were luxurious - no squeezing into a shower stall

the staff were generally friendly and helpful, with standout service from vadim in the club lounge. the location received high praise, being described as unbeatable, and the spacious room offered a great view of the architecture. the ballroom was also noted as jawdroppingly awesome.
Areas for Improvement
there were several issues with staff interactions, including a lack of greetings and incorrect information provided by the concierge. the room was considered small and chilly for the price, and the food options were viewed as expensive and limited, with some items being repetitive.

the ballroom is jawdroppingly awesome
the room was spacious and had a view of the street and wonderful architecture of the area and period
tel location spacious room dining room and wide selection of food
but the room was chilly
room was small for over 600e,
still some room for enhancement: wi-fi could be slightly faster adding more vegetarian and middle eastern options

i must mention the wonderful gilles and all the team at the club lounge - a wonderful space to relax and enjoy delicious food and drink
the only criticism would be that the food items are repeat
food was expensive and i thought limited choices

the restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast and the restaurant dinner menu is excellent and delicious

the concierge gave us incorrect info on restaurant availability ( le recamier which was open and great)
