my room was amazing
b bed super comfy and spacious room loved it

he was attentive and even checked in with us after we got to our rooms to make sure we were happy and comfortable
sip sip is fun and rooms were lovely
also our room did not have all the amenities listed
- our initial room had a toilet drainage issue
the breakfast room is so small that on the morning we left
the staff were also fantastic
staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable regardless by providing mini fans

checking until 7:00 pm pool beds for other people (no guess) pool too small for a lot of people i will never come back

three of the reception staff were very friendly,
the staff were all friendly and accommodating our entire stay
staff was terrible
but other staff seemed very unhappy,
the lack of responsiveness from the reception staff was very frustrating and unprofessional
food a bit on the expensive side and restaurant and bar empty so we ate elsewhere
the dinner restaurant was closed and so was the breakfast restaurant ,
but this place is so outdated and overpriced
the price i was originally booked for was double
pool was broken
didn't like that the infiniti pool has no sunlight in the day so it's cold cause of the building around
the addition charges not seen on the menu in the resturant by the pool
we loved the spacious size of the room
so the room was nice

and with fake flowers on the table - there were few diners and the room felt funerial - the library next door had far more charm
a party was next door and the music was so loud it could shake the walls
it's currently 2:52 in the morning and we have barely been able to sleep due to noise from rooms upstairs and the sound of someone trying to open our door

the restaurant was very good and we had some of the best service from aurea
they only gave us half bathroom tissue
however i believe the beddings can be more comfortable and plush
