the customer service was unprecedented, with amazing and exceptionally courteous staff who provided four seasons standard service. guests appreciated the friendly and attentive nature of the staff, as well as the fabulous amenities and highlights like hagia sophia.

some guests found the rooms to be smaller and darker than expected, with views overlooking a building site. additionally, wifi reliability was an issue, and there were complaints about the limited restaurant menu and the absence of a pool.

we chose this location of the the four seasons sultanahmet as it felt it to be a beautiful historical hotel and perfectly placed to be able to explore the blue mosque

i enjoyed one fabulous dinner in the same restaurant
restaurant food was very good
the restaurant was actually our favorite for the entire stay
but be prepared for the hustle when taking a walk by these shops and restaurants
if i had anything to say it would be that the menu in the restaurant was quite limited

i did not like the reception staff if the upperist rooftop next to the elevator who asked me to leave because i was alone and not in the company of a woman
the cleaning staff can improve their duties and many of belongings are not placed in the proper area as they should be
