not a good experience for this level of hotel
but self-parking is not that convenient
the only area i believe could be improved is the parking service
one of my favorite parts was the fact that the room had floor to ceiling windows and they had a chaise lounge in front of it
i recommend a river view room accommodation
rooms were large and comfortable
my room (east tower) was nicely renovated
i had a river view room which i enjoyed in the mornings and evenings to view the city scene
i also paid for august 29 and never received the room
check-in was easy and the staff was wonderful

only negative was valet parking was $75 and the self parking lot that was recommended was also $75
if you don't valet parking is the worst
just a short walk away from a variety of different shops/restaurants/cafes/things to do

it took ages to check in staff were rude someone walked in the room while i was sleeping room next door kept trying to open the adjoining door can't take own food to the pool kind of expensive for what it is
price is reasonable given its location
